As you likely know, TFE has been serving the industry’s needs from our facilities in Toronto, Ontario Canada. You also know that TCT precision tools is one of our most important suppliers of PCB drill tools. Although Toronto is just a short drive from the United States border, in this time of disrupted supply chains caused by the pandemic and unfortunately, and to a lesser extent, war in Ukraine, we made the decision to break the supply chain bottleneck to our printed circuit manufacturing customers. We have done this by setting up and stocking our Chicago based warehouse with TCT cutting tool products.
We made this decision to help our U.S.-based customers get what they need quicker than would have perhaps been thought possible during these patience-trying days. For those in the Chicago area, this includes same day pick and delivery for urgent orders.
This is just one more way that we at TFE have adapted to help our customers to not just survive, but to thrive in these difficult times.
